These private sessions will help shape your life. It is for people looking for private yoga/meditation classes or to get stress-free, disease management, have any relationship issues, or emotional trauma, and are looking for a change.


We provide solutions by blending the wisdom of modern psychology and the teachings of Yoga, Meditation, and Vedanta. 


Our strategies will guide you to see beyond the changing mind and emotions, and help you discover your true Self. This method leads to a permanent peace, bringing emotional clarity and freedom.

A free, nurturing online space where young people build focus, confidence, and emotional resilience through yoga, meditation, and guided peer dialogue.


Designed to support the challenges of college and early adulthood, THRIVE empowers youth with practical tools for clarity, balance, and purposeful living — so they don’t just succeed, they truly thrive.

Shakti — Women’s Strength Training is more than a fitness program; it is a journey into inner power, resilience, and confidence. Through mindful movement, breath awareness, and strength-building practices, women reconnect with their natural vitality and courage.
