Our group yoga classes, Moksha, are currently offered daily, online with live teachers. 


Private sessions, Elevate, are available both online & in-person, as per your choice & based on the teacher's availability.

ELEVATE - Private session for stress-relief and lifestyle changes

These private sessions will help shape your life. It is for people looking to get stress-free, disease management, have any relationship issues, or emotional trauma, and are looking for a change.


We provide solutions by blending the wisdom of the modern psychology and the teachings of Yoga, Meditation and Vedant. 


Our strategies will guides you to see beyond the changing mind and emotions, and helps you discover your true Self. This method leads to a permanent peace, bringing emotional clarity and freedom.

Stress Relief Programs (Online programs)

These courses are offered to individuals and are also regularly conducted in different local schools as parent workshops with the help of the school council.

SHAKTI: Strength Training Classes for women over 40. Online on Sundays, 8 AM EST

Archana empowers clients to achieve their fitness goals. Leveraging her physiotherapy background and her experience with weight loss and strength training, Archana has helped many individuals overcome chronic conditions and improve their overall well-being.
