In the last couple of years, I have been through really rough periods and found it hard to recover. But as everyone says - life has to move on. That’s what I did, not realizing the importance of personal wellness, which ultimately led me to major depression and anxiety. I never tried meditation in my life, thinking it would be too challenging to do on my own. However, thanks to Archana, who never gave up on me and inspired me each day, I discovered the meditation benefits that have become essential for my well-being. I found the learnings to be very helpful during this pandemic situation, helping me stay calm and relaxed.
