Archana is the founder of Mokshadham and is deeply passionate about healing people through her holistic health approach. Her immense positive energy and delightful smile can elevate anyone in distress. Committed to community service, she dedicates herself to uplifting society and guiding individuals toward a path of higher self-awareness, always refusing to give up no matter how tough life can be! As a physiotherapist and mindset coach, she holds a Master's in neurorehabilitation from The University of Manitoba, and often incorporates yoga meditation into her healing practices.

Anita is one of the Directors and a yoga teacher dedicated to spreading the true knowledge of this ancient science through community service. She embodies compassion, and anyone who comes into contact with her is sure to feel the vibrant energy that she consistently radiates. Anita believes that yoga is a science that connects humanity, promoting holistic health and well-being. Her classes are filled with core strength and dynamic postures, and with her ever-smiling face, she motivates others through her mere presence, encouraging them to embrace yoga meditation.

Rajshree is a dental surgeon and an actuary by profession, who believes in the holistic health approach that nurtures the mind, body, and soul. For the past 6 years, she has been practicing yoga meditation and attributes her good health and general happiness to these practices.
She is dedicated to community service and focuses on building long-term meaningful relationships. Among her friends, she is known for infusing people with positive energy.
As a compassionate leader, she approaches every situation with empathy and consistently provides profound solutions.

Tara Banerjee is a Civil Engineer from IIT Bombay who specializes in portable, prefabricated buildings. In addition to her engineering expertise, she is dedicated to community service and promotes holistic health through her passion for yoga and meditation. Tara enjoys teaching yoga meditation, and her classes are full of energy, leaving participants relaxed and rejuvenated at the end.

Arya is a passionate yoga teacher who conducts fun-based children's classes that emphasize holistic health and community service. Children love her engaging classes, which are filled with immense learning opportunities. These sessions include simple yoga meditation, pranayama, asana practice, and cognitive activities. Additionally, Arya is a STEM enthusiast and has won numerous awards in robotics competitions at both regional and national levels.

Rajni is passionate about practicing yoga meditation and continuously learning from experienced teachers in her pursuit of holistic health. She believes she still has much to learn to gain a deep, comprehensive understanding of the practice.
Yoga has always been something she loved, but it was never something she considered as a career. However, after moving to Canada in 2022, she decided to turn her passion for yoga into a profession, incorporating her interest in community service to help others through this transformative practice.
Before pursuing yoga full-time, Rajni worked in a variety of fields, including garment merchandising and teaching.

Krishna Subhalakshmi (A.K.A Radha) is a Postgraduate in Biotechnology from Mysore University. With a keen interest in Biology, she has a strong understanding of both brain and body, which aligns with her passion for holistic health. As a yoga enthusiast, she has adopted yoga meditation as a central part of her lifestyle. Krishna is adept at teaching various yogic postures to students at all levels, from basic to advanced. Additionally, she is trained in identifying health conditions and teaching appropriate yoga asanas, while also engaging in community service by monitoring each participant and guiding them towards unique experiences.

Shweta's yoga journey began in her early years in India, where it evolved from a physical practice to a way of life. Over time, yoga became integral to her daily routine, offering benefits that extend beyond fitness to support mental and emotional well-being through yoga meditation. Today, as a Management Consultant, a mother of twins, and a passionate yoga practitioner, Shweta is dedicated to community service. Her mission is to use yoga's profound teachings to inspire positive change in people's lives and promote holistic health. Through her classes, she integrates physical well-being with mindfulness practices.

An MBA graduate who previously worked as a sub-divisional engineer in the TELECOM sector has transitioned into a role as a certified yoga and face yoga trainer, as well as a certified nutritionist, focusing on holistic health and promoting yoga meditation. Additionally, they are involved in community service to enhance well-being.

Gayatri is a CPA specializing in Capital Markets who began her journey with Mokshadham during the COVID pandemic through its yoga classes. Her interest gradually deepened into the study of yoga meditation, Vedanta, and Satsang under the guidance of Mokshadham teachers. Inspired by Archana’s Tattvabodha classes, Gayatri undertook a dedicated self-study of the text and now teaches a basic Vedanta (Tattvabodha) class at Mokshadham. Her teaching reflects clarity, mindfulness, and inner peace, embodying the principles of holistic health and community service.
