Archana is the founder of Mokshadham & has a passion to heal people with her holistic approach. Her immense positive energy & delightful smile can elevate anyone in distress. She is dedicated to uplifting society, leading people to a path of higher self-awareness, and refusing to give up no matter how tough life can be! Anita is one of the Directors and a yoga teacher who wants to spread the true knowledge of this ancient science.
She is the epitome of compassion and anyone who comes in contact with her is sure to get the vibrant energy that she constantly radiates.
She feels that yoga is a science that connects humanity. Her classes are filled with core strength and dynaminc postures. With her ever-smiling face she motivates others by her mere presence.

Rajshree is a dental surgeon and an actuary by profession, who believes in the holistic treatment of mind body & soul. She has been practicing yoga and pranayama for the last 6 years and gives credit to it for her good health & general happiness.
She believes in making long-term meaningful relationships and is known among her friends for infusing people with positive energy.
She is a leader who shows compassion in every situation and comes out with a profound solution.

Tara Banerjee is a Civil Engineer from IIT Bombay who specializes in portable, prefabricated buildings. She is also a passionate yoga and meditation practitioner and enjoys teaching them.

Inspired by Archana’s Tattvabodha classes, Gayatri undertook a dedicated self-study of the text and now teaches a basic Vedanta (Tattvabodha) class at Mokshadham. Her teaching reflects clarity, mindfulness, and inner peace.
